This little Irish Mail vehicle (as well as its cousin, The Green Machine) turned every assumption my young mind had about human-powered vehicles on its head. The vehicle is steered with the feet and powered with the arms. The Irish Mail also required frequent maintenance since the chain never stayed on. This photo was taken on Ocotber 3, 2005. |
