Fake "sky pearls" like this are on sale all over China, from Lhasa to Hohhot to Guangzhou. These only cost a few kuai, but real ones can set you back more than a thousand kuai. The fake sky pearls, however, pale in comparison to the real thing. This photo was taken on August 6, 2005. |
