Sweet and Sour Chicken is difficult to find in China, but Sweet and Sour Fish and Sweet and Sour Pork are readily available. Also on the table are a few more of our favorite Northeastern (Dongbei) Chinese dishes including Rice Noodles with Pork (Cai Fenr) and Sweet Corn Soup (Yumi Geng).
